Sustainability
More and more businesses are becoming aware that they not only have a responsibility, but also an opportunity to realize the benefits of operating a sustainable business. COSE knows that small businesses like yours cannot devote a whole department or a huge budget to make your business more sustainable and impact your bottom line. COSE has proudly partnered with Green Plus™ to become the first business association to offer sustainability education and certification program to Ohio’s smaller enterprises.

Energy Efficiency
The Greater Cleveland Partnership and COSE are committed to helping as many businesses as possible avoid potential surcharges in 2010 and experience the additional cost benefits of energy efficiency improvements. Earlier this year COSE was named the small business administrator for FirstEnergy. This designation has allowed us to develop the COSE Energy Efficiency Program.
The COSE program has been designed to encourage the smart use of electricity, work with customers to help them reduce demand, save energy dollars and meet the energy efficiency standards in Senate Bill 221.
