Access to the EAP plan is unlimited for short-term support, but if long-term treatment is necessary, trained clinicians from HealthAdvocate may refer members to an in-network behavioral health professional. This EAP benefit is automatically included at no additional cost for all COSE Benefit Plan groups that elect life coverage.
