How long does the pilot program run, and what are the next steps after it ends?
 
The pilot program runs for 3 months. After the pilot, employees will have the opportunity to continue using the program either through an extended offer or by choosing to continue on their own, typically at a discounted rate. We will keep you updated on the program’s outcomes and feedback from participants.
How do we sign up our employees for the program?
 
The first step is for your company to convey interest in participating by filling out the form on this page and scheduling a demo. After the demo, you will receive a program link that you can share with your employees. Once they have the link, they can directly sign up for the program on their own.
How will employees access the program?
 
Employees will have access to the Vitalxchange platform via a user-friendly mobile app or web portal. 
What kind of support will our employees receive through this program?
 
Employees will receive personalized coaching from trained professionals across various parenting fields, including child development, behavior analysis, nutrition, sleep, and more. The program is designed to support parents with a wide range of challenges, from newborn care to managing toddler behaviors. The coaches are certified and licensed early childhood / clinical experts (VitalExperts) and trained peer mentors (VitalGuides).  
How do we measure the success of the pilot program?
 
We will track key metrics such as employee interest, engagement, satisfaction, and the overall impact on their work-life balance. You may also receive feedback directly from participating employees to help you assess the program’s effectiveness.
Can the program be extended after the pilot?
 
Yes, the program can most likely be extended if the pilot is successful. COSE will work with you to determine how best to continue offering this support to your team. Additionally, employees will be given the option to continue using the platform on their own, potentially at a discounted rate.
Will employees’ privacy be protected during the program?
 
Yes, employees’ privacy is a top priority. All information shared in the program is confidential, and employers will not have access to any personal details about the participants or what they are discussing within the platform.
