BIG Summit is Oct. 15, and COSE wants you to think big.

In addition to the workshop sessions, the BIG Summit also features morning and afternoon keynote panels.

The day will open with the Crafting Success keynote featuring Malley's Chocolates Bill and Mike Malley and Great Lakes Brewing Company's founders Pat and Dan Conway. As leaders of two of Cleveland's most successful businesses, they will share the secret recipe to their success.

The closing panel, Embracing Innovation: Big Ideas. Bold Ventures., features Maria Bennett, President and CEO of SPR Therapeutics; Trina Bediako, CEO of New Horizons Baking Company; and Scott Mueller, Chief Executive Officer of Dealer Tire. Hear how these leaders, whose businesses range from small to national brands, are embracing innovation, growing and putting Cleveland on the map.
