“Absolutely wonderful, this perfectly balanced spread is incredible.”

So praised chef and TV personality Alejandra Ramos in regards to COSE member Terranean Spices, Spreads and Snacks’ Za’atar spread. It landed a spot on Good Housekeeping’s 2025 Best Snack Awards list along with treats from companies nationwide.

Terranea Spices, Spreads and Snacks is owned by Tina Chamoun, a Cleveland Chain Reaction season five winner. She produces spreads including the za’atar, pita chips, and spices under her Terranean brand.

Tina prides herself on having an all-Lebanese women team producing her products. When COSE checked in with her for National Small Business Week, she said building that community means so much to her.

“I really am passionate about having the opportunity to create work for other people in Cleveland,” she says. “A lot of them came here, they didn’t speak the language, they didn’t know much. But I said, we’re doing pita chips, we’re doing za’atar, and that’s something they’re familiar with.”

Tina also helped establish a now 80-plus-member group called The Wonder Women of Food, empowering other women in the Cleveland food industry. To learn more about her company and order online, click here.
