Small Business Growth
COSE (Council of Smaller Enterprises) is the small business forum for GCP. Members receive growth resources, networking opportunities, and cost-saving benefits, and GCP also supports advocacy for small business priorities.
Apprenticeship Programs
Apprenticeships are meaningful career experiences designed to tap into talent, enhance personal and professional development, and contribute to regional economic growth. Skills-based training can access abundant and diverse sources of talent.
Minority Business Enterprise Support
GCP operates the Ohio MBDA Business Center for the US Department of Commerce. The Center helps clients grow by connecting them with strategic partners and resources such as business consulting, contract bid/proposal preparation, and funding sources.
Neighborhood Development
Cleveland Development Advisors, a real estate affiliate of GCP, invests in catalytic, strategic, and transformational projects that promote thriving neighborhoods. Since inception, it has invested nearly $500 million in over 160 projects.
